Dwayne Onice Johnson - Executive Director/Co-Founder
Dwayne O. Johnson was accepted upon the calling of his brother, Derrick Johnson, as the foundation’s Co-Founder and Executive Director. With his expertise in Public Radio and as a Former Educator in the Ft. Bend and Houston ISD, he brings a rare quality of experience to Community involvement for KOTF-The Derrick Johnson Foundation. Dwayne serves actively on the boards of many non-profits and organizations. His educational background consists of a MBA from the University of Phoenix and a pair of B.A & B.S in Mass Communications and Business Marketing, from Prairie View A&M University. Dwayne’s Professional Motto: "We All Can Do It Better, If We Can Do It Together."

Dawn E. Ridz - Marketing Director
Dawn E. Ridz has worked with professional athletes through her involvement with their non-profit foundations since 1998. She is currently the Executive Director for Quick Start – The Eddie Kennison Foundation as well as for 51 Ways for Charity, Inc. – foundation for Takeo Spikes and Carlos Emmons. In addition, she is also in negotiations to work with several other NFL athletes in support of their 501c3 organizations to help promote positive community images in their hometowns as well as the communities in which they play football.

Dawn received her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in December 1992 with a major in Business Administration. In addition, she spent two years working as the Director, Community Relations for the San Diego Riptide (an arena 2 football team) where she was responsible for all player, coach and dance team appearances in the community. Her community programs were number one in the league (out of thirty (30) teams) during her second year. She was also responsible for working with many of the local charities in support of their fundraising events through ticket and sports memorabilia donations. Through her experiences, she has gained an incredible working knowledge of connecting sponsors, the general public and professional athletes to build a positive impact on the community.

Chilone Payton Harris - Publicist
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Chilone Payton Harris. I am an active, viable well-informed resident and homeowner in the metropolitan Kansas City area, residing within the suburbs of Grandview, Missouri. Professionally, I am the CMO and Vice President of Jim Harris Heating and Cooling. My company specializes in residential and light commercial installation and service. I also am The President and CEO of The Executive Concierge, an event planning, public relations, sports marketing and professional and personal assisting firm. The Executive Concierge is a service-oriented company that balances the life of the busy professional.

Civic responsibility is a term that I take literally. I pride myself on being conscientious to the needs of my fellow man. Therefore, I have made it my duty to serve in many capacities. I served in 2001through 2004 as the President of the Fountain Lake Homeowners Association. Maintaining my subdivision was as a premiere and prime opportunity for our single family subdivision and was of the utmost importance. As a member of the Grandview Trash Busters Program, a city sponsored program, I volunteered my services on Spring and Summer Saturday’s to pick up trash and liter materials from our cities highways. I am also a retired City Major appointed Commissioner to the Department of Transportation. In this capacity, I was able I give service from 2002 through 2005. In addition to these activities, I served on the Grandview Salvation Army Southland Corp Women’s Auxiliary for three years, participated in the 2000 and Beyond Grandview Image Task Force Committee, I served for the calendar year of 2002 as a board member of the Kansas City Empowerment Zone, which works with the empowering adjudicated youth and finally, as a member of the Kansas City, Missouri Branch of the NAACP. In addition I have also rendered my bid for the Grandview elected position of Alderman in the years of 2002 and 2004.

Now that you are familiar with my professional and civic endeavors, allow me to tell you a bit about the spirit of Chilone Payton Harris. I believe that the world is a hands-on opportunity. In order to achieve peace and widespread solidarity, we all must take an aggressive and active approach to society’s needs and problems. It is my belief that we should never be satisfied with the maintenance of basic needs or services. All should have the attitude of not “what if,” but one of “what can I do?” The world is a many splendor things and it is my goal to live abundantly and prepare and host others to do the same. I believe with all my mind spirit and heart that we are all the solution sets to the equation.

Jeff Nalley - Board Member
Jeff Nalley, a native Texan and long time resident of Houston, is a licensed attorney and NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor who provides 13 years of negotiating and marketing experience to SSG clients, as well as legal expertise. Mr. Nalley received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law and received his B.A., magna cum laude, in the Plan II honors program at the University of Texas, where his thesis on British Literature received Special Honors. While in law school at the University of Texas, Mr. Nalley also interned at the University of Texas Athletic Department.

Mr. Nalley is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Sports and Entertainment section of the State Bar, and a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
